For a young couple with a newborn, r.e.a.l. renovated the second bedroom of a two-bedroom apartment into a nursery, and re-did the bathrooms, hallways and Master Bedroom as well. New windows and air conditioning units were added on the street and rear facades of the building, complying with Landmarks Preservation Commission's requirments, and the Owner's budget. Glass shower walls provided a feeling of spaciousness in the small bathrooms.
