On Wakaya Island in the South Pacific, r.e.a.l. has architectually developed and documented the schematic design by tonychi associates for a new house, Sega Na Leqa. A titanium, standing seam roof echoing the forms of traditional indigenous houses is combined with generously-scaled floor to ceiling windows taking advantage of the spectacular views and ocean breezes.
