In conjunction with Kiki Dennis Interiors, r.e.a.l. renovated an industrial loft space in Tribeca to include a new office space and expanded kitchen. A translucent, sliding resin panel on industrial grade rolling hardware separates the new office from the living/dining space, and a extended kitchen peninsula with new pendant lighting joins the kitchen and living space. A wall of painted wood cabinetry provides a new focus for the loft, and contains both closed and open storage, and space for audio-visual equipment.
