An international investment banking firm on Park Avenue wanted to reconfigure offices and hallways for more efficient circulation and workspaces, renovate men's and women's bathrooms, and generally improve the office's appearance and functionality. New lighting, fixtures, HVAC grilles and floor covering were included, and the construction work was completed within the initially set out budget and schedule, even with restrictive building operation and union requirements.
